The Buckeye Dance Festival is more than a dance competition—it's a four-day celebration of dance, education, music, wellness, and community.
Hosted by Inspiring Elevated Habits (IEH Events), the Buckeye Dance Festival brings together dancers from across the country to learn, compete, socialize, and experience an unforgettable weekend filled with movement and connection.
Whether you're a seasoned competitor, social dancer, beginner, spectator, or simply curious about the dance world, you'll discover an environment designed to welcome, inspire, and connect people through dance.

Ballroom One
Home of the featured competitions during the day and themed social dance parties each evening.
Ballrooms Two, Three & Four
Packed with workshops throughout the day and transformed into dedicated social dance rooms each night.
Practice Room
Additional workshops, educational experiences, practice opportunities, and community activities throughout the weekend.
With over 70 workshops, multiple competitions, four evening dance parties, and a vibrant expo, there's always something to experience.
Festival Highlights
🏆 UCWDC World Qualifying Event
Compete alongside dancers from around the country in an official UCWDC World Qualifying Competition, featuring Pro-Am, Am-Am, Line Dance, Couples, and specialty divisions.
💃 Social Dance League National Championships
The Buckeye Dance Festival proudly hosts the Social Dance League National Championships.
Throughout the weekend, dancers can compete in over 22 Social Dance League Jack & Jill divisions, designed to make competition fun, welcoming, and accessible for dancers of all experience levels.
The festival also features the Battle of the Buckeyes, where winners from Social Dance League qualifying events across the region—and qualifying winners from the Buckeye Dance Festival itself—return to compete for the National Championship title.
Whether it's your very first competition or your hundredth, the Social Dance League is designed to celebrate connection, confidence, and the joy of social dancing.

Thursday – Country Night
Country Two-Step, Waltz, Night Club Two-Step, Country Swing, Line Dancing, and more.
Friday – Latin Night
Salsa, Bachata, Kizomba, Afro-Latin rhythms, Mambo, and social Latin dancing.
Saturday – Ballroom & Country Celebration
An unforgettable evening blending ballroom favorites with country partner dancing to close out the weekend.

All-Access Weekend Pass
$155 through January 14, 2027
Beginning January 15, 2027, the price increases to $175.
Only 500 Early Bird All-Access Passes are available.
Competitors: Register your competitions through the UCWDC Country Dance Director registration system.
Everyone else can reserve an All-Access Weekend Pass and enjoy the workshops, social dancing, Movement & Wellness Expo, entertainment, and the full Buckeye Dance Festival experience.
