Social Dance League™
The Social Dance League™ exists to make social dancing welcoming, accessible, and fun for everyone. Through beginner-friendly lessons, social dance experiences, and low-pressure competitions, we help people build confidence, form genuine friendships, and discover the joy of movement. Our goal is simple: grow stronger dance communities by making it easy for anyone to step onto the dance floor and feel like they belong.

Where can the Social Dance League be used?
The Social Dance League™
The Social Dance League™ is built around one mission: creating connection through social dance. Whether you're looking for a fun night out, a month-long community program, or friendly competition, there's a place for everyone on the dance floor.
Social Dance Events
Our Social Dance Events are perfect as stand-alone evenings, convention entertainment, festivals, corporate functions, fundraisers, and community gatherings. We provide beginner-friendly lessons followed by hosted social dancing, creating an environment where people can meet, connect, and have fun—no partner or experience required.
Social Dance Leagues
Our signature four-week Social Dance League is designed for bars, restaurants, businesses, and community organizations looking to create recurring traffic and build lasting communities. Each week features two beginner-friendly lessons followed by a hosted social dance party, giving participants the opportunity to learn, practice, and build friendships while supporting local businesses.
It's more than dance lessons—it's a community-building experience that keeps people coming back week after week.
Social Dance Competitions
Ready to put your new skills into action? Our Social Dance League Competitions feature beginner and intermediate Jack & Jill divisions designed to be welcoming, exciting, and fun.
Competitions are offered across multiple dance genres, including:
