Red Carpet Gala: An Evening in Ice

A Night of Elegance, Impact, and World-Class Entertainment

The Red Carpet Gala is more than an event. It is an experience. From the moment you arrive on December 6, you step into a night designed with elegance, purpose, and community at its heart.

Walk the Red Carpet

Your evening begins with a true VIP welcome. Guests arrive to a beautiful red carpet entrance, complete with a professional photographer capturing the moment in style. It is your chance to dress up, shine, and start the night with a bit of celebrity flair.

Cocktails, Connection, and Community

After your photo, step into a warm and lively atmosphere filled with drinks, conversation, and networking. This part of the night is all about connection—meeting fellow guests, supporting your local community, and enjoying the energy of a room full of people gathered for two meaningful causes.

White-Tablecloth Dinner With Rave Reviews

Guests will then be seated for an exquisite white-tablecloth dinner, one of the most raved-about elements of last year’s event. We chose to return to this venue because of the overwhelming praise for their exceptional food and service. The culinary experience is crafted with care, flavor, and elegance, setting the perfect stage for the performances ahead.

Supporting Two Local Causes That Matter

This year, the Red Carpet Gala proudly supports:

COMAPC – Central Ohio Men Against Prostate Cancer
A nonprofit dedicated to education, awareness, early detection, and support for the men and families in Central Ohio navigating prostate cancer.

Her Song – Tim Tebow Foundation, Columbus Branch
A local program offering safety, housing, trauma-informed care, and long-term restoration for survivors of sex trafficking right here in Columbus.

Your attendance directly impacts lives in our community. Every ticket and every auction bid helps expand these local efforts.

Partnering With F3 Columbus

We are honored to partner with F3 Columbus, a free men’s fitness and leadership group focused on building stronger men who serve their communities. One of their core missions is supporting women who cannot stand for themselves.

During the Gala, F3 will present a powerful Daddy Daughter and Granddad Granddaughter performance. This heartwarming moment showcases what healthy, intentional masculine leadership looks like. It is both a celebration and a call to action, encouraging more men to rise as protectors, leaders, and positive examples.

Featured Dances With Purpose

The night’s show is filled with meaningful, high-energy, and emotional performances:

Craig Mills – Polka for Prostate Cancer
Craig is dedicating his performance to COMAPC, combining his background as a retired international competitive flair bartender with his passion for dance. Expect an unforgettable, entertaining fusion of flair bartending tricks and country western polka, all for an important cause.

Kimberley Mitchell – Dancing for Her Song
Ballroom Champion Kimberley Mitchell will dedicate her second piece of the evening to Her Song. She is taking the floor on behalf of women who cannot stand for themselves, using her artistry to honor, uplift, and draw attention to the lives impacted by trafficking in our city.

Performances From Across Ohio

The Gala features an extraordinary lineup of local dance talent. Studios and performance teams from across the state will take the stage, including groups from:

  • Toledo

  • Maumee

  • Cincinnati

  • Dublin

  • Upper Arlington

  • Worthington

  • Westerville

  • Hilliard

  • Columbus and Central Ohio

Styles include ballroom, Latin, country, hip-hop, salsa, and more.

The Ohio State University Salsa Club Performance Team will also be performing, bringing the excitement and energy of collegiate Latin dance to the Gala.

If you have ever considered taking dance lessons or want to explore the studios in your area, this is the perfect opportunity to see teachers and dancers in action. You may just find the studio that feels like home.

Silent Auctions, Live Auctions, and Fundraising Opportunities

Throughout the night, guests can take part in both silent and live auctions featuring high-value items, experiences, and community-focused offerings. All proceeds support COMAPC and Her Song.

General Dancing for All Guests

After the performances, the floor opens for everyone. Bring your dance shoes for an evening of music, fun, and community dancing. No partner required. No experience needed. Just come prepared to enjoy the night.

The woman is wearing a denim shirt, black leggings, and decorated cowboy boots, while the man is dressed in a plaid shirt and blue jeans.
