Kids Ed
The future is built on connection. Our youth programs give students the opportunity to develop the communication, confidence, and social skills that aren't always taught in the classroom. Through movement, teamwork, and positive interaction, we help young people discover that connecting with others is a skill—and one that can open doors for the rest of their lives.
What Students Gain
Students leave with more than dance skills. They develop confidence, communication, teamwork, respect, leadership, emotional awareness, and the ability to interact comfortably with others. These are life skills that strengthen friendships, improve classroom culture, and prepare students for future success.
Why Schools Choose IEH
Our programs create a positive environment where students can move, laugh, learn, and connect. Every lesson is designed to be inclusive, beginner-friendly, and engaging, ensuring every student feels welcomed regardless of experience or ability.
Customized for Your School
No two schools are the same. We work with administrators and educators to tailor each program to your schedule, grade levels, goals, and available space, creating an experience that best serves your students and community.
Meet Your Instructors
Led by Craig Mills and Kimberley Mitchell, our programs combine decades of experience in education, coaching, communication, and dance. Together, they create an energetic, encouraging environment where students feel comfortable learning, participating, and growing.
I actually think there is one section that could become the signature message for your Kids Education page:
Why Dance?
Dance is simply the vehicle.
What we're really teaching is communication, confidence, respect, teamwork, leadership, and how to build healthy relationships. By giving students the opportunity to interact in positive, structured ways, they develop social skills they'll use for the rest of their lives—in school, at home, in their careers, and throughout their communities.
How the Program Works
Our youth social skills program is designed as a four-week experience, meeting once a week for 90 minutes. Each session combines interactive activities, movement, and partner-based exercises to help students build confidence, communication, teamwork, and respect while having fun.
Programs are fully customizable to fit your school's needs. Classes can be organized by individual grade levels or combined groups, depending on class size and scheduling. While most schools choose to host the program after school, sessions can also be scheduled during the school day when requested.
Whether you're looking to enhance student engagement, build stronger peer relationships, or provide a unique enrichment opportunity, we'll work with your school to create a program that fits your goals.
