Where We're Headed

At Inspiring Elevated Habits (IEH), we're building more than events—we're building communities.

Our mission is to create meaningful human connection through coaching, live experiences, education, and movement. Whether we're working with business leaders, developing youth programs, producing national dance festivals, or introducing someone to their very first social dance, every experience is intentionally designed to help people communicate, connect, and grow.

As IEH continues to expand throughout Ohio and across the country, our calendar continues to grow with experiences that inspire learning, collaboration, and community. Signature events include the Buckeye Dance Festival, the Winter Wonderland Gala & Showcase, the Social Dance League™, Language of Dance™ experiences, youth education programs, leadership workshops, networking events, and customized experiences for businesses, schools, conventions, and organizations.

One of our fastest-growing initiatives is the Social Dance League™, a community-driven program built around three unique experiences:

• Social Dance Events – Stand-alone socials, conventions, festivals, corporate events, and community gatherings that bring people together through dance.

• Social Dance Leagues – Four-week programs hosted at local businesses and community venues, combining beginner-friendly lessons, hosted social dancing, and community building.

• Social Dance Competitions – Beginner and Intermediate Jack & Jill competitions across multiple dance genres, culminating in the Social Dance League National Championships, held during the Buckeye Dance Festival in Columbus, Ohio.

Education continues to be at the heart of IEH. Through youth and school-based programming, we help students develop communication skills, confidence, leadership, teamwork, etiquette, and emotional intelligence through engaging movement-based experiences that create lifelong social skills.

Beyond the dance floor, IEH partners with businesses, organizations, and community leaders to create unforgettable live experiences, strengthen organizational culture, and help people grow through connection-driven marketing, sales, leadership, and communication.
